It’s different than most all other piccolo trumpets out there. It’s designed specifically after the original piccolo trumpets that Bach had designed. This is not to be confused with the natural trumpet; the baroque trumpet without valves. This trumpet has valves like any other piccolo trumpet but is designed to replicate the same sound that Bach wanted for his natural trumpet. The sound is so much purer and crisper than any other piccolo trumpet I’ve played on. I recommend it to all trumpet players-it’s a great choice for any band, symphony, orchestra, or solo work.                 I’ve played this trumpet for 8 years professionally now.
